Raymond Steel Rolling Mills operates an integrated manufacturing ecosystem covering MS scrap processing, steel melting, continuous casting, billet production, rolling and ERW pipe manufacturing. Our infrastructure combines established steelmaking technology with specialised scrap-processing and material-handling equipment, giving us greater control, flexibility and consistency across the process.
Our raw-material preparation infrastructure is designed to process and prepare MS scrap efficiently for steelmaking.
MS scrap is melted under controlled operating conditions to produce molten steel for continuous casting.
Molten steel is continuously cast into billets through an Electrotherm Continuous Casting Machine (CCM).
Billets are reheated and processed through our semi-continuous rolling mill to make narrow-width HR Coils / HR Strip.
Our pipe division provides extensive small-diameter ERW pipe manufacturing capability under one roof.
Quality is monitored throughout the manufacturing chain, not only at the finished-product stage.
Our integrated manufacturing approach connects each stage of production, giving us greater control over quality, consistency and supply.
High quality raw material is melted and refined for steel production.
Molten steel is continuously cast into billets.
Billets are processed through rolling to produce narrow-width HR coils / strip.
Further processing converts steel into finished products such as ERW pipes.
